Aloka clinic doctors and nurses are very good. I highly recommend them. Especially, Dr. Aysun is truly an excellent and highly competent doctor. In addition to her professional knowledge and experience, she is extremely caring, understanding, and attentive towards her patients. I had a very good experience at this Aloka eye clinic. I would like to thank Nurse Devika, Sruthi the Optometrist, and Dr. Uma Shankar for their kindness and care.
Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable. I was worried about my eye, but I went home feeling much more relaxed and confident because I knew I was in good hands.
I think I found my favorite eye clinic and my eye doctor! ❤️ I will definitely recommend this clinic and Dr. Uma Shankar to others.
I would also like to thank the receptionist who was on duty around 2 PM. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name, but she was very helpful and guided me in getting the doctor referral.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and booking or rescheduling an appointment via phone or WhatsApp is a breeze.
Dr. Uma Shankar, whom I consulted , was professional, kind, and truly empathetic. Despite being busy, he takes the time to engage in meaningful conversation, which is rare among doctors today.

Dr. Umashankar is a good and experienced doctor, so I have no complaint about him personally. My issue was mainly with the staff. The clinic was very crowded and there was a lot of waiting. The staff seemed confused most of the time and I had to keep asking what was happening or what I should do next.
It also felt like most things only moved when Dr. Umashankar told someone to do them. Otherwise, the staff didn’t seem very sure or willing to explain things properly.
I’m giving 2 stars mainly because of the overall organization and communication. The doctor himself seems very good, but the staff and the waiting experience really need improvement.

I have recently undergo my successful cataract surgery. I have been searching various clinics for the service. And I could say good that I have trust my instinct and landed to Dr. Umashankar! He is indeed the best and expert in dealing cases like mine. He isnt just a doctor he treats his patients with utmost care.. Aloka is the best eye center to go to.
